Continuando con la politica de re-edicion y remasterizacion ahora le toca el turno a "No line on the horizon". A la venta en febrero en formato doble LP de 180 gramos con libreto de 16 paginas. Incluidas dos remezclas: "Magnificent (Wonderland remix)" y "I´ll go crazy if I don´t go crazy tonight (Redanka´s Kick the Darkness vocal version)".

"Record Store Day" 2019. Segun informa "U2Song.com" se espera el lanzamiento de un EP con el titulo “The Europa EP” que incluiria entre otros temas "Zooropa” y “Love is All We Have Left”.

Tal y como adelanta Claudio Lopez (Director Editorial de Penguin Random) Bono esta escribiendo sus memorias. Esperan que a mediados de 2019 haga llegar un borrador, tiempo al que habria que sumar otros seis meses mas para verlo en la librerias.

En la ya clasica visita al show de Jimmy Kimmel, Bono y Pharrell se lanzan con una version de “Stayin alive”.

En la tercera noche de Milan aparece otra de las nuevas sorpresas que nos esperan hasta el final de gira "The fly".

"Hold me, thrill me, kiss me, kill me" sera la proxima entrega de U2 para el "Record Store Day / Black Friday". El contenido: "The Gotham Experience Remix" con las voces de Gavin Friday y Regine Chassagne de Arcade Fire y la version original remasterizada. El remix es el mismo tema que se puede escuchar actualmente en la gira en el segmento bautizado como "Intermission". Bono y Ali aprovecharon los dias libres para visitar la Alhambra.

Madrid repite en la primera entrega de repertorio. En la segunda "All because of you" reemplaza a "Red flag day" y "Spanish eyes" cierra antes de los bises.

Mientras los fans esperan su llegada a Madrid Bono se ha encontrado con el Papa en una visita privada.

"Live Nation" nos recuerda las normas de acceso y alguna que otra info para los conciertos de Madrid. Las puertas se abren las 19:00h y el concierto comienza a las 21:00h. Los objetos no permitidos son:

La tercera entrega parisina vuelve a la rutina y repiten el repertorio base de este tramo de la gira.Bono aprovecha el tiempo libre para visitar a Macron y charlar sobre la crisis de los refugiados y Adam acompañado de Paul McGuinness se da una vuelta por el "Irish College". Luego los cuatro juntos y de la mano de artista Jr dieron un pequeño concierto ("Stuck in a moment you can´t get out Of" y "One") en el restaurante solidario "Foyer de la Madeleine - Refettorio Paris" para unos cuantos miembros de ONGs.

El repertorio continua sin cambio salvo en la segunda noche de Paris que a pesar de aparecer impreso en el setlist "Red flag day" tocaron en su lugar "All because of you". Mientras los ensayos se han vuelto algo mas interesantes al tocar: "The unforgettable fire", "Landlady" y "Stay (faraway, so close)".

La segunda noche en Colonia sin cambios en el repertorio. La banda ha ensayado varias veces "The unforgettable fire" quizas con vistas a los cuatro conciertos de Paris en los que con suerte puede que retoquen el listado de temas.

La perdida de voz de Bono da para anecdotas. Eddie Vedder dedica unas amables palabras a Bono deseando su rapida recuperacion. Y Dave Grohl que tambien se ha quedado afonico bromea con que esta sera la ultima vez que sale (de fiesta) con Bono.

En la segunda noche berlinesa Bono comienza a tener problemas de voz durante "Red Flag Day" pero al llegar a "Beautiful Day" es incapaz de cantar, apenas recita. Acaba la cancion y con una disculpa se marchan al camerino para descansar y sopesar que ocurre. Pasados unos 40 minutos se anuncia la cancelacion del concierto. Una breve nota en U2.com pide de nuevo disculpas y agradece la comprension del publico. La tarde del domigo trae mejores noticias; las redes sociales de la banda publican una nota manuscrita de Bono en la que afirma estar bien. El concierto se reprograma para el 13 de noviembre.

U2 vuelven a girar con "The Joshua tree tour 2017" para llevar al directo el album en su totalidad. El tour dara cominezo el 12 de mayo en Vancouver para llegar a Londres el 8 de julio en el estadio Twickenham. Diez dias despues ocuparan el estadio Olympico de Barcelona.
