This is an interesting release for fans to track down the various versions. Although only marked "Love Comes Tumbling" on the cover, there were three different versions of the song released on this recording. Two are identical except for a false start at the beginning of the track. The false start version is found on the Canadian cassette and vinyl. It also appears on the Best of 1980 - 1990. The non false start version is on the German CD single. There was another variation which had a different vocal track which was released on the Australian 12" single.
There also was two different versions of "A Sort of Homecoming", the version most of the world received, and on the same Australian single a version which included Edge's backing vocals in the mix.
