Es la canción más importante que les queda por tocar en directo, una de las joyas ocultas del Achtung Baby, tanto la música como la letra son excelentes. Es una canción un tanto oscura, pero que destila el sonido de Achtung Baby por todas partes, es el único disco de U2 donde podría encajar.
Al igual que retomaron Ultraviolet y The Unforgettable Fire que hacían 15 y 19 años que no las tocaban en directo, sería tremendo que la añadieran al setlist del 360º Tour, después de Ultraviolet encajaría perfectamente, la verdad es que sería una de las mejores noticias del setlist de la gira.
Otra de las canciones más importantes que no han tocado nunca en directo, y que le deberían dar alguna oportunidad aunque fuera ocasionalmente sería Heartland.

Although never performed live, "4th of July" was used as intro music before several Unforgettable Fire Tour concerts. It was played over the PA system as the band were taking the stage.
